    Title: Scrum Master

    Salary: $140K-$160K

    Location/Schedule: Coconut Creek, FL (hybrid 3 days in office)

    The Scrum Master will work in a collaborative team environment and be responsible for escalating user issues as appropriate, providing top tier support when necessary, and receive and provide advice and development from/for team members.

    Responsibilities:

    • Guide, coach and motivate the team and organization with the goal of increasing productivity via Agile/Scrum practices.
    • Organize, lead and encourage participation in all scrum ceremonies (Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review & Demo, Retrospective)
    • Lead collaborative discussion, decision making and problem solving.
    • Manage the team to develop, capture and analyze metrics to facilitate team improvements.
    • Partner with Product Owners to support product backlog definition, refinement, and 3-sprint readiness.
    • Prepare and present reports on progress and success.
    • Proactively eliminate barriers, coach team members on best practices and facilitate scrum ceremonies.
    • Guide the team in creating Team Agreements for collaboration and communication and ensure that they are followed.

    Required Experience

    • 5 years of experience as a ScrumMaster for a software development team using agile/scrum
    • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Certified Product Owner (CSPO)
    • 5 years of experience with agile practices, patterns and techniques
    • Experience using Atlassian JIRA or similar project management tools.
    • Experience working with offshore and/or remote development and support teams is a must.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    • Development experience
    • Experience with working in an environment using Continuous Integration and Delivery
    • Kanban or other similar non-scrum frameworks
