- Guide, coach and motivate the team and organization with the goal of increasing productivity via Agile/Scrum practices.
- Organize, lead and encourage participation in all scrum ceremonies (Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review & Demo, Retrospective)
- Lead collaborative discussion, decision making and problem solving.
- Manage the team to develop, capture and analyze metrics to facilitate team improvements.
- Partner with Product Owners to support product backlog definition, refinement, and 3-sprint readiness.
- Prepare and present reports on progress and success.
- Proactively eliminate barriers, coach team members on best practices and facilitate scrum ceremonies.
- Guide the team in creating Team Agreements for collaboration and communication and ensure that they are followed.
- 5 years of experience as a ScrumMaster for a software development team using agile/scrum
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Certified Product Owner (CSPO)
- 5 years of experience with agile practices, patterns and techniques
- Experience using Atlassian JIRA or similar project management tools.
- Experience working with offshore and/or remote development and support teams is a must.
