Shift: Days, 8a-5p (8x5) 40 hours per week, M-F

Length: 13 weeks possible extension

Unit information: Outpatient clinic is where we are at. Evaluations are already at 60 minute blocks while follow-ups can be patient dependent. Also, if the individual was willing to float between outpatient, acute care, and Rehab, we could be more flexible with their schedule in terms of number of patients treated as the rehab and acute care patients especially evaluations tend to take more time.Start date: ASAPContract length: 13 weeksPossible extension: YesShift dates: Monday - FridayLicense required: Arkansas license, or compact licenseExperience required: 1+ yearTravel experience: No required
