- At least 8- 10 years of experience as Business Analyst - This would translate to the fact that the candidate should be able to work both with the business partners and the technology teams very closely in a daily basis to assist in defining the capability and being involved throughout the build process.
- Experience working in banking projects (preferable).
- At least 8+years of experience in creating Business & Functional requirements, Epic, Feature & User Stories.
- Hands on experience in Project Management tools such as Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps etc..
- Analytical and Communication skills.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze, finalize and receive formal sign-off from approvers.
- Facilitate and drive project meetings with both business & technology teams and send the meeting minutes document.
- Analyze data to ensure data quality and accurate calculation results.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with business user community.
