    About You

    • Proficient in Python and SQL, with the ability to create maintainable data pipelines.
    • A skilled engineer who emphasizes high code quality and takes pride in mentoring others.
    • Experienced with engineering tools, automated testing, design patterns, and industry best practices.
    • Capable of overseeing projects from their inception to successful delivery, including idea generation, planning, execution, and results delivery.
    • A passionate advocate for ML/AI, equipped with insights on deploying, measuring, and monitoring the success of ML/AI applications.

    How You Will Make an Impact

    • Enhance an AI-driven transcription and note generation product designed specifically for clinicians.
    • Collaborate with Data Analysts and Developers to design and refine LLM evaluation strategies and architectures, guiding future product developments.
    • Work alongside product managers and machine learning engineers to develop pipelines and ETL tasks that yield valuable insights.
    • Establish standardized data architecture processes and practices that are both automated and replicable, benefiting multiple teams.

    Compensation

    The total compensation range for this full-time position in the US is $147,000 - $213,000, which includes salary and equity. Actual pay will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, and education.
