Job Description:

Our client is on the search for a Physical Therapist who is deeply committed to providing outstanding care and achieving significant outcomes for patients. This professional should have a Doctorate or Master's in Physical Therapy, hold an active Physical Therapy License, and have a dedication to fostering an inclusive environment within a diverse team. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional health care to patients.
Conduct patient evaluations and craft individualized plans of care.
Administer treatments, set clear goals, and educate patients on self-care.
Supervise therapy aides, assess progress, and manage pain effectively.
Make informed decisions on discharging patients and teach safe, functional movement patterns.
Maintain timely and precise documentation.
Contribute to a productive work environment and engage in ongoing professional development.
Respond to patient feedback and complaints with professionalism.
Participate in research and policy development to contribute to the clinic's growth.

Necessary Qualifications:

Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.- Active Physical Therapy License.
Certification from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS) is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.

Schedule:

Clinic Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 7 PM.
Flexible schedule within operational hours.

Additional Highlights:

Average compensation over $80,000, with profit sharing and bonuses adding up to $3,000 - $7,000 annually.
