- Develops and maintains care planning for patients and reviews the care plan for assigned patients

- Serve as a member of the leadership team, providing input on overall strategic direction of the institution and serves on various committees
- Participates in meetings to ensure effective communication with staff, peers, supervisors and management
- Participates in performance improvement activities to measure, assess and improve the quality of assigned work area
