- Thought Leadership: Partnering with teams to enhance investment content and thought leadership for product positioning.
- Performance Tracking: Establishing key performance indicators to measure the success of crypto investment products.
- Continuous Improvement: Iterating and improving existing products based on feedback and market dynamics.
- 10+ years experience in financial services, asset management, and wealth management.
- Proven experience in product development and launch of investment strategies.
- Experience in developing exchange traded products and investing in cryptocurrencies and digital assets.
- Leadership skills, critical thinking, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communicator with a passion for financial markets and innovation.
- Deep understanding of distribution channels and client needs.
- Educational background in CFA, MBA or equivalent.
- Series 7 & 63 licenses preferred.
