Prior facilities/maintenance support experience

Strong organization skills and attention to detail

Effective verbal communication skills are required while working with all levels of staff and vendors

Must possess a valid Colorado drivers license, good driving record and have daily access to a dependable vehicle

Ability to make supply runs and deliveries as necessary

Ability to read, write and speak English

Computer knowledge utilizing MS Outlook (e-mail and calendars)

Availability to travel out of state to other office locations as needed

*Spanish a plus

Compensation:$ /mth with the potential to be hired FT starting at 45k - 54k with great benefits.
