Mechanical Project Manager

Avolon M&E are working with an established MEP company who require a Mechanical Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

This role will be working on the banking and retail fit out contracts.

Ideally you will be located with access to the M1 and happy to travel as these projects (ranging from 50k- 500k and lasting from 8-12 weeks) are to cover sites anywhere between North London, Bedfordshire and up to Derby & Loughborough.

This is not a static role and you could be expected to manage up to 3 projects simultaneously so the ability to organise and prioritise your workload yourself is essential.

Head office is based in Dartford, interviews and training will be held here so must be happy to get to Dartford occasionally too.

There is room for progression to contracts manager within this role if this was a path you wanted to go down.

Background should be within commercial, banking retail / Fit Outs.

Salary:
Circa 60k + car allowance (travel for work expenses will be covered)
