    We are currently on the lookout for a passionate, skilled paralegal to join our dynamic team in a hybrid role.

    Coordinate daily administrative functions and assist with case management activities from initial assignment to conclusion.
    Conduct legal research involving statutes, orders, legal opinions, and case law to find precedents and determine case applicability.
    Support political and fundraising outreach efforts, including initiatives to secure and stabilize government funding.
    Analyze case documentation and summarize depositions, interviews, interrogatories, and other legal documents.
    Draft motions, discovery requests, responses, and occasionally portions of legal opinions and briefs.
    Record and monitor case activities to ensure compliance with legal time constraints.
    Interview witnesses and clients to gather or clarify information for case preparation.
    Assist with trial preparations, including organizing evidence, exhibits, notes, and coordinating witnesses.
    Perform various other duties as assigned.
    Maintain relationships with local paralegal programs.
    Assist with the production of newsletters and updates for staff.


    Experience:
    Three + years of experience as a paralegal in a civil litigation practice.
    Associate degree in paralegal studies, or a paralegal certification from a nationally recognized organization.
