- Assist the Director of Nursing in managing the nursing department and ensuring that all nursing staff are providing highquality care to our residents.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all residents' needs are met.
- Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures that promote quality resident care.
- Ensure that all nursing staff are properly trained and educated on the latest nursing practices and techniques.
- Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of nursing staff.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff and provide feedback as needed.
- Ensure that all nursing documentation is accurate and uptodate.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Must be a registered nurse (RN) with a current license in the state of New Hampshire.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a nursing leadership role.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Must be able to work collaboratively with other departments.
- Must have a strong understanding of state and federal regulations related to nursing care.

- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Must possess and maintain a current Registered Nurse license from the State of New Hampshire and be in good standing with the NH Board of Nursing
- Must have at least two years' experience as a supervisor in a healthcare facility, preferably in a long-term care setting
- Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures that pertain to long-term care
- Must be CPR/BCLS and IV certified
