    Description

    Summary:

    The Telemetry/CV Stepdown Registered Nurse has theresponsibility and accountability for assessing patient/familyhealth problems and resources, taking a leadership role in theplanning, implementation and evaluation of the nursing plan of careprovided by the nursing team. Providing technical nursing care andinterventions to a designated patient populations. Per theDepartments Scope of Practice, this position requires providingservices to Medical-Surgical Patients, ages eighteen and above in amanner that demonstrates an understanding of thefunctional/developmental age of the individuals served. Thisposition requires the full understanding and active participationin fulfilling the Mission of CHRISTUS St. Frances CabriniHospital.

    Requirements:

    • One year experiencepreferred
    • Current Louisiana RNLicense
    • Current BLS
    • CurrentACLS
