    Job Description:
    Responsible for testing IT controls with critical and high operational, legal and compliance risk. This role collaborates with management to identify issues and corrective action plans, and communicates the scope and severity of concerns identified to the applicable level of management.
    Responsibilities

    • Manages activities of the Compliance Testing staff (direct/indirect) and is responsible for the overall integrity and quality of the work product.

    • Creates and maintains testing work papers and supporting documentation. Writes reports regarding IT control testing results.

    • Collaborates with various levels of management within the areas of responsibilities, including the risk functions within the First Line of Defense. Evaluates and tests the adequacy of IT systems and applications with respect to risks, controls, and regulatory requirements identifying gaps and issues.

    • Monitors and validates the status of corrective actions taken by business partners to remediate concerns. Creates and maintains testing work papers and supporting documentation. Writes reports regarding IT control testing results.

    • Maintains a high level of awareness and knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements. Supports Compliance Management in developing, implementing, and maintaining an enterprise-wide Compliance Program and a culture of compliance.
    Minimum Qualifications
    At a minimum, here's what we need from you:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Legal

    • 4+ years of experience in Compliance, Risk, Information Technology or Audit
    Preferred Qualifications
    If we had our say, we'd also look for:

    • 6+ years of experience in Testing, Quality Assurance, and/or Audit

    • In Lieu of Education Experience 8+ years' experience in Compliance, Risk, Audit or Information Technology including testing or quality assurance.

    • Certified Information Systems Auditor

    • Certified Information Security Manager

    • Certified in Risk Information Systems and Control

    • Certified Information Systems Security Professional

    Compensation:
    The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127, Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
