- Must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.

- 3-5 years' experience preferred.
- Must hold a current Pennsylvania driver's license and be insurable by the conservatory.

GENERAL SUMMARY: The Recruiter will work in the Human Resources Department and will be responsible for Recruiting, Interviewing, Hiring and Onboarding all new staff. Recruiter will be responsible for growing our diversity and maintaining a work force that represents our community.
