    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dedicated point of contact for our High Net Worth clients to develop and maintain strong relationships. You will proactively evaluate client needs and financial goals, delivering the Wealth Management mission to give them the best long-term outcomes.

    This role involves directly influencing the client experience by delivering a reliable experience, building credibility, connecting with clients, and working in their long-term best interest.

    You will join a team focused on serving clients with excellence and expanding client relationships through sales to ensure we provide all that Vanguard has to offer for investment success.

    The ideal candidate possesses the SIE and an active FINRA Series 7, 63, 65, or 66 licensing (highly preferred).

    Responsibilities:

    • Deepen loyalty with existing self-directed clients by anticipating needs and demonstrating expertise.
    • Bring genuine curiosity to personally connect with clients, evaluating their needs through consultations.
    • Reliably resolve client inquiries related to products, services, and client sentiment.
    • Exemplify credibility through deep technical knowledge of Vanguard funds, products, and services.
    • Consistently delight clients with the creation of solutions across internal teams.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of three years related work experience, preferably two years in Relationship Management and managing a book of business.
    • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience, graduate degree preferred.
    • This role follows a hybrid working model where you work remotely one day a week and in the office four days a week.

    Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
