    A mission-oriented, independently operated health system is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to work in Trafalgar, IN 40 minutes northwest of Columbus

    Benefits:
    Family Medicine Physician

    Base salary $235k-$250k + Bonus Potential up to $330k with RVU bonus

    Over 5 weeks of time off per year
    $3, 500 for CME

    About this role:
    Family Medicine Physician
    Position is open due to a retiring physician
    4 Day workweek
    17-22 patients per day but can be more if desired
    Joining a team of 4 (1 NP, 1 FM, 1 Peds, and 1 Behavioral)
    Weekday call 1: 12, weekend call once every 3 months call is very light on call days
    Providers desiring to do procedures are welcome
    Teaching opportunity if desired (extra income). Medical students, residents, NP/PA academic options.

    Trafalgar is a town in Nineveh and Hensley Township, Johnson County, Indiana Located only 20 minutes from Indianapolis and 40 minutes from Columbus, Trafalgar offers a safe, rural town but still close to a booming population center.
