- Serve as the direct report for clinical staff, in partnership with program directors, to provide quality assurance of clinical services by providing observation and feedback on clinical work within the organization.
- Provide expert clinical consultation for programs.
- Participate on program MDTs to offer clinical insight for participant case planning, and function as a liaison for participants navigating the organizational continuum of care.
- Manage the organization's masters-level clinical training program (including updating content for website, screening applications, conducting initial interviews, supporting onboarding, providing supervised supervision for site supervisors, providing supervision for interns, and providing training for interns).
- Administer clinical EHR, Titanium Schedule, including user support, training new clinical staff and interns,
- Provide direct clinical services within the organization's continuum of care, as needed, in order to fill service gaps and maintain clinical skills.
- Support clinical best practices, including making recommendations regarding clinical policies, procedures, practices, instrumentation, assessment, coordination of care, and treatment philosophy.
- Ensure fidelity for The Seven Challenges counseling program.
- Facilitate weekly clinical consultation and regular training for clinical staff.
- Provide internal and external trainings with The Institute (training department)
- Utilize trauma-informed care and strengths-based approaches
- Oversee and fulfill medical records requests
- Provide care to program participants without regard to race, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, and religious or spiritual beliefs
- Maintain knowledge of current best practices across Wellspring Living programs, as well as trafficking and trauma, seeking professional growth in evidence-based practices through training and independent study
- Develop intentional connections with the participants and staff members

- Minimum master's degree in counseling or social work
- Full clinical licensure in the State of Georgia (LPC, LCSW)
- Experience providing clinical supervision for masters-level interns
- Experience providing clinical training and consultation
- Clinical experience working with populations that have experienced complex trauma
- Preferred qualifications: Supervisory credential (ACS or CPS), Ph.
- Administrative, organizational, and computer skills including use of email and Microsoft Office suite of products and Google Workplace
- Documentation of references (at least two professional and one personal) that attest to the person's capability of performing the duties of the position and to the person's suitability of working with or around children and vulnerable populations
- Minimum five years of relevant experience, preferably with vulnerable populations
- Moderate travel among Wellspring Living locations and others in the Metro Atlanta area
- Must be able to lift objects up to 25 pounds and have the ability to work for long periods at a computer

Position Summary:
This role will serve as a clinical expert consultant for the organization, directly supervise clinical staff, oversee the organization's clinical training program for masters-level interns, provide clinical consultation, supervision, and training for interns and staff, administer the clinical EHR, ensure clinical model fidelity, and oversee medical records requests.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
