    This position will provide you with the unique opportunity to work with multiple regional Corporate functions, including treasury, finance, accounting, business services, tax, audit, and controllership.

    The role is expected to support the transformation of the system, process, and controls. As an analyst in the treasury team, this role will support Treasury transformation and projects.
    The position is responsible for supporting Corporate Treasury transformation:

    Organize and execute the data analysis plan from the current treasury tools and processes including: cash management, debt and investment, banking relationships, exposure and risk, hedging, policies, foreign exchange, accounting and reconciliation processes, transaction management, and master data.

    Evaluate current processes, recommend process optimization improvements across functions, and support implementation of key process improvements

    Support the global implementation of a new treasury system and workflow tools, including managing and organizing project plans, change management plans, user acceptance testing plans, and reporting risks, issues, and actions.

    Assist in the configuration, testing, and implementation of a new treasury system and workflow tools
    Develop and execute internal customer training
    Organize and track Carrier Treasury continuous improvement opportunities utilizing the Carrier Excellence program
    Evaluate controls and compliance risks and organize mitigation plans with cross functional teams
    Communicate with senior and executive leadership; organize internal presentations for project and task updates
    Maintain the Treasury internal SharePoint site
    Evaluate and support system enhancements and future Treasury technology programs

    Bachelors Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
    ~5+ years' treasury, financial and/or accounting experience

    MBA preferred
    Experience in SAP Treasury, Kyriba, CoProcess, and/or other treasury and financial systems preferred
    Experience in project management or digital system implementation desired
    Direct experience with treasury processes, banking, and financial systems is helpful.
    SharePoint site development desired
