- Provide routine individualized care to patient for dependent, non-ambulatory, and dependent for all ADL's.
- Aide must be trained or willing to be trained on: Incontinences care, bed transfers, light housekeeping techniques.
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status.
- Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients.
- Provide specialized healthcare such as administering medication and changing bandages.
- Teach family members ways to care for patient.
- Must have an LPN certificate, with at least 1 year experience.
- Clean Criminal Background check and Child Abuse clearance.
- Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields.
- Positive, patient, friendly demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with patients.
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
