Responsibilities
- Drives store sales and profitability by executing effective operations and prioritizing the customer experience.
- Supports Store Manager with delivering on sales goals, executing daily store operations and team communication
- Executes new product launch floor sets and merchandising direction aligned with brand strategyHolistically owns division of responsibility which includes inventory and product processing visual merchandising community events Provides exceptional customer service with the ability to identify the best product for their pursuits Passionate about YETI brand inspires customers to become lifetime YETI customers Supports execution of community marketing events within the store Assesses Guide performance shares observations with Store leadership to address development opportunities Builds strong team morale inspires team to perform at an exceptional level Communicates clearly concisely with a variety of stakeholders customers Supportsthe abilityto bendliftopenmoveproductupptofifty(pounds)asneededabilitytostandonentireworkshift
