- Demonstrable SCADA system design experience, working with project teams to design, develop and implement SCADA systems, specifically for the solar space
- Solar experience is required
- Experience deploying and knowledge of SCADA components, HMIs & PLCs
- Hands-on Engineering experience is required as this role will be building instead of leading (there is expectation that this role will develop into a Manager role and be building a team in the next 3 years)
- Other technical maintenance experience including troubleshooting, cybersecurity, documentation and dat analysis as it pertains to SCADA systems
- Able to work onsite in Houston 5 days per week

I'm working with the Solar division of a global construction company who are looking for a hands-on Senior SCADA Engineer to join them in their Houston location on a full-time basis.
The position will be responsible for the creation, implementation and management of the SCADA systems, used across the critical infrastructure as well as monitoring real-time data and working with cross-functional teams within the organization to optimize processes moving forward.
