The role reports to the Production Development Manager and is located in Ormond Beach, Florida.
Your responsibilities
Supports production by repairing, remanufacturing or creating new prototype tooling for Molding, Metal punching, Stamping and CNC manufacturing equipment.
Works independently and collaborates to provide a successful outcome on tool work. Design, build and assemble jigs, fixtures, gauges and machines with pneumatic and hydraulics. Develop skills in die preventative maintenance, repair, design and build.

Your background
HS Diploma/GED required.

Associate's degree or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school, completion of a four year apprenticeship program or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must be able to interpret engineering drawings and sketches
Safely operate tool room machinery such as lathes, mills, surface grinders and cylindrical grinding
Heat treating of steels
CNC lathes and vertical mill programming and setup
Punch press die repair work
Plastic and rubber mold repair
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
