    Position Overview:
    The Director of Operations will play a critical role in scaling Tower Leadership from a $5
    million to a $20+ million consulting powerhouse.

    This position requires a visionary leader with a proven track record of operational excellence and business expansion in the consulting industry or related fields.

    The Director of Operations will oversee our organization's operational processes, ensuring a seamless integration of strategies and execution to drive growth, efficiency, and profitability.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's growth
    objectives.
    Lead the optimization of current processes and systems to improve efficiency and
    effectiveness.
    Drive the company's financial goals, including revenue targets and budget management.
    Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and client satisfaction.
    Collaborate with the Founder, CEO, and other executives to make decisions for
    operational activities and set strategic goals.
    Oversee key projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
    Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing actionable reports.
    Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
    Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
    Manage and lead department heads through scorecards and goal setting.

    Qualifications:
    Proven experience as a Director of Operations or relevant role, ideally within the
    consulting industry or related fields.
    Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
    Experience in scaling a company's revenue significantly, with a strong preference for
    candidates who have taken a company from $5 million to $20+ million.
    Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
    Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
    Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
    Experience creating compensation plans and employee level up programs

    inspire, motivate, and guide teams towards achieving business objectives.

    Capacity to adapt to changing business landscapes and
    overcome challenges with a positive, solution-oriented approach.

    Education:

    Minimum Required:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a
    related field from an accredited institution.

    Preferred:
    Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent post-graduate
    degree. An MBA or similar qualification is highly desirable as it demonstrates advanced
    knowledge in business strategy, organizational leadership, and operational efficiency.
