    Description

    One of my best clients is seeking an Electrical Construction Superintendent (Industrial Electric) to join their team. With a unique work schedule of 10 days on and 4 days off, this position offers an exciting opportunity to work on projects in Kansas until November, and then transition to Mississippi. They have projects lined up for the next 3 years and beyond Your home location within the USA is flexible. This is a full-time permanent position.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and supervise electrical construction teams to ensure efficient project execution.
    • Coordinate with project managers to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
    • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
    • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment.
    • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
    • Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to procure materials and equipment.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, project stakeholders, and team members to provide updates and address concerns.
    • Assist in figuring out conduit and wire runs to new and existing equipment.
    • Supervise electricians, providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Provide timeline updates and ensure project milestones are met.
    • Order materials and equipment in a timely manner to support project requirements.
    • Jump in and perform electrical work as needed to ensure project success.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction, preferably in an industrial setting.
    • Proficiency in conduit and wire run design.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively.
