- Lead and supervise electrical construction teams to ensure efficient project execution.
- Coordinate with project managers to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to procure materials and equipment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project stakeholders, and team members to provide updates and address concerns.
- Assist in figuring out conduit and wire runs to new and existing equipment.
- Supervise electricians, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Provide timeline updates and ensure project milestones are met.
- Order materials and equipment in a timely manner to support project requirements.
- Jump in and perform electrical work as needed to ensure project success.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Proficiency in conduit and wire run design.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively.

With a unique work schedule of 10 days on and 4 days off, this position offers an exciting opportunity to work on projects in Kansas until November, and then transition to Mississippi.
