Temporary Program Manager needed to oversee residential programs that serve veterans in SF. This is temporary, can be full or part time, there is no end date, position is open ongoing. Expected assignment is 3 - 6 months. Duties of this position include supervision of staff, oversight of programs, quality review, and the safety and well-being of veterans.

Job Duties:

• Supervision of assigned staff
• Timecard approvals
• Oversight of treatment planning
• Staff training
• Census management
• Client assessment and referral overview
• Overview of assignment of client caseloads
• Crisis intervention

Qualifications:

• 3 years experience providing counseling and other services to disadvantaged or otherwise "hard to serve" clients
• Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field
