    Job Description:


    We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to collaborate with functional leads and SMEs in comprehending, cataloging, and documenting future-state Business Processes using established industry standards such as BPMN notation.

    The primary responsibilities include crafting Methods and Procedures Documentation for specific tasks within business processes, analyzing future-state workflows for enhancement opportunities, and assessing solution designs in MS Dynamics 365 with a focus on integrating core platforms to streamline finance/accounting processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting.


    Responsibilities:


    Collaborate with our client and vendor project teams to ensure alignment of Business Process documentation with project objectives and timelines.

    Provide expertise in process mapping, modeling techniques, and best practices, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer to client upon project completion.
    Conduct workshops and interviews to identify potential gaps in future-state Business Processes and/or Methods & Procedures documentation.
    Support the implementation of process improvements by offering guidance and documentation to relevant stakeholders.

    Manage project "open items" related to Business Process and/or Methods & Procedures, ensuring closure through effective utilization of Business Process Flows and Methods & Procedures documents.

    Oversee interim process design and maintenance, facilitating temporary alterations in standard Business Processes as necessary.
    Maintain Business Process and Methods & Procedures documents for the project team.


    Required Skills:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
    Proven experience as a Business Process Modeler or similar role.
    MS Dynamics 365 functional/backend experience, including solution design, data model experience, process optimization, and workflow analysis.
    Proficiency in business process modeling tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or dedicated BPM tools.
    Strong understanding of business process modeling notations, particularly BPMN.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
    Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, CMMI) preferred.
    State Government experience and specific experience in OHS or Child Welfare domains preferred.
    Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality deliverables.
