We offer a comprehensive suite of services, including insurance agency websites, social media marketing, reviews & reputation management, search engine marketing, and local listings management.

    We are on the lookout for a motivated Client Onboarding Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This position holds significant visibility as you'll serve as a customer-facing digital marketing consultant, overseeing the onboarding of new clients for our Insurance Agency Websites service.

    The ideal candidate is not only experienced in digital marketing across various channels but also possesses a strong customer service or account management background, along with stellar communication skills. This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to impact our clients directly.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary contact for clients during the onboarding process, facilitating meetings that involve other team members such as website designers and Digital Marketing Strategists.
    • Effectively manage multiple onboarding projects from start to finish, ensuring a smooth completion and website launch.
    • Collaborate with new customers to understand their goals and preferences for launching their new websites.
    • Utilize our customized version of WordPress to make updates to customer websites.
    • Assist clients in adopting new and existing features to enhance their overall value.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing.
    • Familiarity with WordPress and its functionalities.
    • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
    • Strong interpersonal skills for direct client engagement.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to simplify complex concepts for clarity.
    • Adept at prioritizing and managing several projects with careful attention to detail.
    • A personable individual who thrives in client-facing roles.
    • A friendly disposition with a genuine passion for helping others and problem-solving.
    • Capable of independent work as well as collaboration with the team.
    • Knowledge of common internet technologies.
    • Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new software.
    • Experience with Google G Suite or Microsoft Office is preferred.
