Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Needed in San Carlos, CA
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in San Carlos, CAto join our team.

The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans and provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients.

Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising BCBA.
Provide one-on-one therapy sessions based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
Collect data on client progress and behavior throughout therapy sessions.
Collaborate with the BCBA to modify intervention strategies as needed.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client sessions and progress.
Communicate effectively with clients' families and other team members.
Adhere to ethical and professional standards outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and company policies.


Qualifications:
Must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field preferred.
Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes or other community settings as needed.
