    • Duncan, SCDescriptionThe Quality Manager will contribute to the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System to ensure full compliance of her plant with customer and industry quality requirements.
    This position will be responsible to implement standardized processes that drive the plant organization in achieving quality objectives.

    This position will drive within her plant quality initiatives that have successful and measureable impact on customer satisfaction, product performance, quality costs and productivity.

    As a functional leader in the plant, the incumbent will actively work with peers to execute the quality improvement strategy based on their knowledge of customer requirements, and experience in utilizing advanced quality tools to elevate quality performance.

    Leading, supporting and coaching local Quality OrganizationRunning the daily operations for Quality-related activities in the plant according to given standards and routinesSupport central quality team for continuous improvement purposeSupervise plant Quality KPIs - contribute to their achievement in cooperation with the plant manager (e.

    Moderator of QRQC meetingsSupport the launch preparation for new projects acting as key contact for Quality topics from plant side and preparing plant for launch in collaboration with Quality PlanningProactively escalate Quality issues according to the Quality Escalation StandardSupport the claims management process and build relationship with customer contacts in collaboration with the customer quality representativesIn collaboration with central function (Q-Sys) lead the internal and external audits and customer visitsQualificationsWork experience requirements:
    Minimum experience 5-7 years in related positionLeadership, automotive, and intercultural experienceTotal Quality ManagementOperations Management (incl. Toyota Production System)

    Material Science (Plastics)Problem Solving Process and TechniquesEducation Requirements:
