    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.
    Seeking a new opportunity within a school district?     Registered Behavior TechnicianPay & Benefits:
    • Highly competitive compensation ($25-35 Hourly)

    Registered Behavior Technician Job Description:
    • Providing direct client care in one-on-one and group settings
    • Following the behavior reduction and behavioral skill acquisition protocols
    • Collecting and recording data based on client behavior
    • A more detailed job description will be provided directly from the school upon a virtual interview.
    Registered Behavior Technician Requirements:
    • Must possess a valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
    • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
    • Completion of 40 hours of training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques, as specified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
    • Must pass background checks and obtain necessary clearances as required by the school or local regulations.
    Interview Process:
    • minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
    • minute virtual interview directly with the school
    • Offer is typically within 24 hours of the virtual interview.
