    We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team The HR Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives within the organization. Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will assist in the execution of HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure efficient operation of the HR department and seamless employee experiences.

    This role will develop and maintain a deep understanding of all areas of the business while building strong relationships with employees. We are looking for someone who can analyze feedback and research market trends to drive program improvements.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    Recruitment Support:
    • Manage the recruiting and hiring process, including but not limited to developing jobs descriptions, posting jobs, screening candidates and working with other managers to perform successful interviewing process.
    Onboarding and Offboarding:
    • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization, including ownership of quarterly new hire orientation.
    • Manage offboarding procedures, including conducting exit interviews.
    Employee Relations:
    • Benefit Administration (communicates, explains, and answers employee questions regarding the benefit plans). Owner of disability and FMLA process including tracking, paperwork, and communication.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives such as DEI, wellness programs, perfect attendance, and service awards.
    • Assistance with personnel related items, (e.g., performance management and accidents/incident review & follow-up)
    HR Administration:
    • Processes bi-weekly payroll and quarterly profit sharing.
    • Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of HR department and services performed.
    • Maintains employee records in compliance with state and federal requirements.
    • Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training and continuing education (e.g, anti-harassment training).
    • Enters, maintains, and/or processes information within HRIS; Rate changes, position movement, terminations, etc.
    • Coordination & execution of HR related communication & events (e.g., HR Newsletter, HR Quarterly Business Review, Manager Training)
    • Acts as additional resource as needed for HR support teams: Compliance, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition
    • Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned.
    We would love to hear from you if you have:
    • Working knowledge of HR programs (e.g., benefits, payroll, compensation, leave of absence etc.)
    • Basic knowledge of human resources laws and regulations
    • Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong organization skills and customer-service focused
    • Self-starter with ability to build relationships and interact with all levels of employees
    • Ability to work independently or as a member of the team, ability to be detailed-oriented and consistently accurate, ability to manage stress effectively in a fast-paced environment, and ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and procedures.
    • High degree of professionalism; demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive data and information
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; or a combination of education and work experience
