- Assist with help desk (both corporate office and field)
- Identify, research & resolve - Hardware, Software, Network, Desktop/server issues
- Install/configure workstations (stores and corporate), image, software deployment, printers and OneDrive
- Monitor and maintain - LAN/WAN/WLAN, network devices, printers, scanners
- Assist with router deployment project
- Communication with stores personnel (computer, gate, sitelink, email, etc.)
- Assist with device Encryption project - Store PCs and Corporate PCs
- Duties as assigned (required to assist with other operational activities, as required or directed)
- Windows 10
- Office 365 and Azure AD
- Printers and Scanners
- Helpdesk Ticketing Software
- Remote Management tools
- Should have basic knowledge of routers and firewalls
- Networking (IP addressing and Subnets), DHCP, DNS
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Two years' of experience working in IT
- Microsoft certification a plus
