    We are actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Security Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team.

    The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our organization by implementing robust security measures, monitoring, and managing security systems, and responding swiftly to security incidents.

    Responsibilities:


    Collaborate closely with the Corporate Security team to develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols in alignment with industry standards and best practices.

    Monitor and analyze various security systems, including access control, CCTV systems, electric fences, and burglar alarms, to promptly identify and respond to security threats and incidents.

    Conduct regular security assessments and audits to evaluate the effectiveness of existing security measures and identify opportunities for enhancement.

    Liaison with external security service providers, law enforcement agencies, and emergency responders as necessary to address security concerns and incidents effectively.

    Provide guidance and support to employees regarding security concerns and emergency response procedures.
    Stay aware of emerging security threats, trends, and technologies to proactively identify and mitigate risks to the organization.
    Program and oversee all CCTV alarm systems, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
    Lead the design and budgeting of new security systems for both existing and new locations.
    Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality of security systems across all locations.
    Manage and maintain the Video Security Operations Center, enforcing best practices and optimizing operations.
    Assist the People and Culture team in conducting ongoing investigations using CCTV footage, access control logs, and recordings.
    Develop and implement security procedures related to physical security systems, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
    Periodically program individual systems and oversee equipment installation at each location.
    Provide valuable security recommendations on relevant projects or decisions.
    Design and deploy gate access control solutions utilizing advanced technologies such as Bluetooth, LPR, and IP relays.
    Offer security guidance and recommendations to international locations as needed.
    Occasional On-site Security assistance with events or incidents.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum high school diploma:
    further education or relevant certifications preferred.

    Minimum 3+ years of experience in security operations or a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of security systems, project management, or related fields.

    Proficiency in networking and IP systems.
    Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to swiftly assess and respond to incidents or issues.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams during security incidents.
