Sr. Analyst, Business Relationship

MedSleuth is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Business Relationship for our life-saving platform of services provided to the organ donation sector of healthcare. We are looking for candidates who share our passion for tackling complexity head-on, to help build strong customer relationships, while helping build and support a world class team.

As a Sr. Analyst, Business Relationship you will:

• Manage all aspects of frontline customer response.
  • Account creation and maintenance
  • Customer inquiries and user-reported issues
  • Executing customer data report requests
  • Ensure adequate communication platforms are active
  • Develop and present customer training sessions
  • Other duties as assigned
• Manage various project portfolios and play an advisory/liaison role between client and technology teams.
• Develop a deep understanding of service/business group strategies to support and drive priorities within the portfolio.
• Support training team to create additional resources in MS office.
• Develop customer test plans and ensure adequate timeline of training/demo schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in quantitative field (e.g., economics, mathematics, engineering, etc.) or otherwise demonstrate quantitative acumen.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Experience in customer facing role.
• In addition to PPT and Excel, experience in the following areas is preferred: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Jira, Confluence
• Demonstrated track record of presenting trainings or demos.
