Description

DUTIES:

With a high level of independent decision-making authority, will be responsible for the following: Build the Automation framework or test scripts.

Create mapping documents & business logic for ETL data migration. Create PL/SQL & SQL Queries for dBase & ETL testing. Manage testing environments using Devops tools to achieve continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD). Participate in all agile ceremonies. Resp. for project QA deliverable, Process, Quality and testing life cycle (STLC & SDLC). Define/finalize Testing scope and estimations of QA. Efforts based on the requirements.

Create and review complete QA activities such as testing Strategy, System test plan (STP), Test Scenarios and test cases with Business Analyst (BA) and Development team.

Foresee Risks/Issues, suggest mitigation plans. Prepare System Test Plan, QA Checklist, Estimation, Defect Metrics, Build wise Metrics, MMR and System Test. Report, MAR. Analyze and propose new tools for Test Automation and Drive continuous improvement in testing area. Contribute to the entire Software Development Life Cycle.

Perform/Certify Smoke, System, and Regression, End to End, Database, ETL, &, API/web services testing, Integration, System, Functional and Regression testing.

Write SQL queries for the ETL Testing, Test Case execution for ETL & manual Testing projects.

*REQUIREMENTS:

Requires Master's Degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, Applied Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field. Requires 2 years of experience in job offered or as a Senior Test Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, Senior Engineer, Team Lead, Project Lead, QA Lead, QA Test Engineer, or related field. Required experience must include experience in HP Unified Function Test Tool, Katalon Tool, Advance Query Tool (AQT), Unix System- Putty, Jenkins, Version One, Data Stage. Requires relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout the United States.
