Outbound B2B Call Center Representatives at American Management Services work alongside our team of Field Service Managers to set appointments with qualified business owners. You must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, volume and metric driven environment.

Here it is...You must excel at selling, qualifying, and following a proven script over the phone. We are not looking for customer service reps. In fact, thats exactly what we dont want. We are looking to add to our rockstar sales team sooner rather than later. Are you a true closer?

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A professional voice with an upbeat tone
• 2+ years of outbound call center experience
• Proven success in a sales role
• Basic computer skills
• A confident but coachable attitude

Compensation: $20.00/Hr. plus commission.

Shifts Offered: Monday - Thursday (8:30AM - 5:00PM), Friday (8:30AM - 4:00PM) | No Night Shifts.
