    Key Job Elements


    Supply Chain/Purchasing Member:
    Review & monitor controls over Supply Chain/Purchasing policies & procedures;
    Analyze and review financial impact of capital requests, including vendor tooling;
    Analyze and review aged capital/tooling items requiring resolution;
    Analyze and review financial impacts of material cost changes, including surcharges;
    Closing and Annual Reporting;
    Annual budget and monthly forecasting of expenses;
    Review budget and forecasts with operational department leaders;
    Monthly and quarterly reporting of financial results to management;
    Variance analysis;
    Ad-hoc reports.
    Prepare & Distribute Reports;
    Support Special Initiatives.

    Education / Training

    BS in Finance or Accounting or equivalent.

    Qualifications And Experience

    Required:

    5-8 year experience in financial analysis in a manufacturing environment;
    High level of analytical ability;
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
    Excel proficiency;
    Experience with BI systems (TM1 Cognos, Power BI, or others).


    Preferred:
    Exposure to Purchasing and Supply Chain functions within a manufacturing environment;
    SAP Experience;
    BaaN/LN Experience;
    Professional certification.

    Essential And Physical Activities Functions

    Strength – Position involves work in a standard office environment. Constant sitting. Occasional standing. Rare walking, lifting;
    Motion – The position spends most of the time in an office setting. The position will require occasional walking, standing, stooping, and bending;
    Vision/Hearing Requirements – Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers;
    Work Environment – Work in temperature-controlled environment;
    Emotional Demands – Required to liaise with multiple levels within the organization, including senior leaders and managers. Individual must be well-spoken, able to manage multiple priorities and individual requests daily;
    Safety – This is not a safety sensitive position.

    It is primarily an office position requiring awareness of the safety requirement in an office environment within the facility; must be capable of following all safety protocols.
