    Description

    Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC, a premier strategic services firm that meets IT and Service needs for commercial and government clients, is seeking a full-time Program/Project Manager. This considered a remote position with some onsite reporting to the primary work location in Philadelphia, PA and other contract supported sites.

    Responsibilities:

    The PM serves as Primary POC and would be responsible for providing management and oversight for the contract, and project management support. The PM is responsible for developing work plans, reports, quality checks, and continuous improvement. The PM oversees the deployment of all program criterion. This person will interact with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Technical Leadership, and Senior Leadership; Responsible for program financials, employee review, customer relationships, quality management, staffing and team building. The PM is responsible for identifying opportunities to provide additional services. Assists in developing management plans, procedures, and methodology. Conduct onsite weekly/monthly meetings with COR and with members of the government leadership. Demonstrates and promotes teamwork and cooperation with team members at all levels in the organization to solve problems and improve processes

    Experience Required:

    • Primary responsibilities are to proactively improve the IT operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the client's mission through the management and guidance of multiple work streams, teams, and clients.
    • Supports engagements related, but not limited to: technology strategy, architecture and service management; IT security; systems integration; data analytics and visualization; help desk operations; cloud (e.g., software, platform, infrastructure as a service).
    • Maintains responsibility for managing technical solutions, delegating appropriate resources, and helping to ensure quality assurance principles are met across projects and deliverables.
    • Responsible for the professional development of Project Delivery junior staff performing the role of counselor and coach, as well as providing leadership and support
    • Creating an effective working relationship with the COR and COTRs,
    • Providing in depth research into operational issues and resolutions
    • Executing operational, program management, and quality control plans
    • Developing reports, and formulating recommendations to senior management
    • Evaluating talent and staffing
    • Follows an ITIL process to resolve incidents from beginning to end and has a very mature customer service outlook

    Qualifications Requirements:

    • Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering or Business Administrations, or closely related field
    • A minimum of ten (10) years of program management experience
    • Active Secret Clearance
