Ready for "Big Sky" country? This 13-week assignment in Dillon offers a top-tier pay package and a balanced clinical workload. You'll be joining a highly respected team at Barrett Hospital, where you'll treat everything from post-operative orthopedic patients to acute hospital admissions.
Financial Breakdown (Weekly)
Taxable Pay: $2,200.00
Non-Taxable Stipends: $1,246.00
Total Gross Weekly: $3,446.00
Assignment Overview
Duration: 13 Weeks | Start Date: 4/6/2026
Schedule: 5x8s (Monday – Friday) | 40 Hours Guaranteed
Weekends: Occasional Saturday rotation (inpatient care only).
Location: Dillon, MT (Barrett Hospital & HealthCare)
Setting: Hybrid — Outpatient Orthopedics & Inpatient Acute
Role Highlights
Outpatient Ortho Focus: Manage a diverse caseload including sports injuries, post-surgical rehab (knees, hips, shoulders), and chronic pain management.
Inpatient Acute Care: Provide essential bedside therapy for hospitalized patients to improve mobility and coordinate safe discharge planning.
Clinical Collaboration: Work alongside board-certified orthopedic specialists and a supportive rehab team.
Autonomy & Variety: Switch gears between the high-energy outpatient clinic and the critical thinking required for inpatient acute care.
Mandatory Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional PT experience.
Licensure: Active Montana Physical Therapy License required.
Education: Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Competency: Comfortable treating patients across the lifespan, from adolescents to geriatrics.
