- Pharmacy benefit plan analysis, design, and cost-saving strategies
- Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM) vendor procurement and negotiation
- Audits of PBM performance (financial and operational)
- Specialty drug management
- Developing new pharmacy tools and strategies, collaborating with vendors and clients
- Contributing to marketing efforts by speaking at events and writing articles
- Working with cross-functional teams to expand our pharmacy and clinical offerings
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in large group pharmacy benefit plans
- Proven track record in revenue generation
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing client relationships
- Ability to lead global teams and projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Superior influencing and collaboration abilities
- Interest in staying updated on pharmacy and health benefits strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Bachelor's of Pharmacy or PharmD degree required
- State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
