    As an experienced facilities professional at Booz Allen, you can use your client engagement skills to impact projects that will support National Security.

    We need someone like you who is eager to work on complex projects that will protect some of our most critical national assets.

    On our team, you'll manage challenging projects for sensitive missions from beginning to end while collaborating with senior leadership.

    Using computer-related facilities management software and your problem-solving skills, you'll oversee a team to develop creative solutions for mission-critical projects in National Security.

    Work with us as we facilitate projects that impact National Security for the better.

    Analyze, formulate, and recommend facility standards and design and space criteria and usage through space utilization studies and forecasts for clients in National Security.

    Lead analyses and solution development for facility planning and management for critical infrastructure.
    Perform complex activities as related to the control and management of cost, schedule, risk, and resource optimization.
    Prepare or review facilities estimates and site proposals for client review as to cost and feasibility.

    Advise National Security clients in developing plans and programs responsive to present and anticipated portfolio, facility, or individual space requirements.

    Recommend planning, design, and construction standards or milestones.
    Experience with managing OCONUS design and construction projects
    Experience with mechanical specifications and shop drawing review
    Experience with HVAC and plumbing engineering and design
    Experience with mechanical and plumbing construction and project management
    Experience with performing quality control on licensed mechanical engineering drawings
    Experience with preparing and monitoring project schedules and budgets, providing technical guidance on contract-related issues, and recommending construction documents for approval
    Knowledge of construction quality control
    Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
    Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience with facilities project management in lieu of a degree
    Experience with new and existing building systems
    Experience with site surveys and calculations
    Knowledge of the ASHRAE standards, International Building Code, and pertinent NFPA publications related to mechanical systems
    Knowledge of the CAD systems, AutoCAD, or REVIT
    Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering
    Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

    Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

    The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.Our people-first culture prioritizes the benefits of flexibility and collaboration, whether that happens in person or remotely.

    If this position is listed as remote or hybrid, you'll periodically work from a Booz Allen or client site facility.
