    The Accounting Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the accounting department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial concepts and possess knowledge of accounting principles.     Job responsibilities:


    •Oversee the daily transactions for Accounts Receivable/ Payable


    •Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.


    •Perform filing and general administrative tasks.


    •Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or issues.


    •Ability to cover accounting department vacations and time-off.


    •Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.


    •Other duties and functions as necessary for the business

    Qualifications:


    •Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task is necessary.


    •Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.


    •Ability to problem solve.


    •Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are a must.


    •Organizational, verbal, and written communication skills are a must.


    •Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.


    •Associate degree in accounting or equivalent experience

    Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
