- Work with the onsite facility personnel to schedule necessary resources to support workload, track performance and provide feedback.
- Establish and maintain a strong presence at assigned sites across multiple shifts to monitor deliverables and ensure proper job performance by team members.
- Address any mechanical or electrical issues that arise and take proper action to diagnose and/or fix the problem.
- Be responsible for following OSHA and other standard safety guidelines, conducting business as outlined by company policy, and using personal integrity to accomplish goals.
- Ensure tracking all machine downtime, scheduling and documenting P/M's, maintaining inventory of spares parts and assisting Operations management to achieve P&L goals, safety standards, performance goals, and customer service standards.
- 7+ year's proven managerial experience in an industrial maintenance production environment directing teams.
- 7+ years direct experience troubleshooting and repairing complex electromechanical and automated industrial distribution and production equipment preferred.
- 7+ years' experience in the recruitment, professional development, training, and performance of maintenance personnel preferred.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and ability to develop pertinent procedures.
- Willing to travel to other facilities as required.
- Knowledge of automated CMMS maintenance software or similar programs.
- Possess strong organizational, collaboration, and communication skills with the ability to take initiative to complete complex tasks and projects quickly and autonomously.
- An AA degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, Electronics, Computer Science or related field of study is preferred.

- Willingness to travel 25% to 50% as needed
- Ability to motivate and manage employees, measure performance, and take appropriate action to correct performance issues.

As the East Regional Maintenance Manager for our Global E-Commerce division at Pitney Bowes, you will work under the supervision of the Director of Maintenance Operations and be responsible for managing maintenance/technical support resources for assigned operating center(s) to ensure all processes and procedures are followed and equipment is properly maintained. This is a remote position with ideal candidate residing close to a site in following states: NJ, PA, NY.
