Practice Details:

• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Pediatric Hospitalists
• Focus on treating underserved Native Alaskan children
• Engage in unique cases offering interesting & fun daily experiences
• Flexible schedule with typically one trip per month
• No need for an Alaska Medical License to start

Compensation Package:

• First year compensation ranges from $398,407 to $478,929
• Up to $156.78/hour and up to $60,000/year metrics bonus
• Annual retention bonuses up to $22,827
• Generous $50,000 signon bonus with a 3year commitment
• Enjoy up to $20,000 relocation assistance

Clinical Environment:

• Hospital Medicine treating patients up to 18 years old
• Work with an interdisciplinary team including subspecialists in Anchorage
• Be part of a tribally operated, notforprofit regional hospital serving over 50 Native Alaskan villages
