- Serve as a Quality Control Monitor responsible for monitoring Transportation Service Providers (TSP) performance.
- Serve as a Quality Control Monitor for over 900 Transportations Service Providers (TSP) and over 2,000 domestic storage facilities within Personal Property Program (DP3).
- Provide assistance to resolve potential or actual problems relating to services, reports, and general operation of the storage program.
- Perform Pre-Award surveys, and determines adequacy of facilities and advises Transportations Service Providers (TSP) on government expectations and Tender of Service Agreements (TOS) requirements.
