JeromeHome is a 120 bed Long Term Care Facility in New Britain, CT. Established underthe will executed by Augustus Jerome, Jerome Home is a privately-owned,not-for-profit organization. We are a progressive, 5 Star rated, nursingcommunity with a highly competent and caring staff. Established in 1932, ourmulti levels include; 26 units on RCH (Resident Care Home), bed SNFneighborhood, 1 32-bed Sub Acute neighborhood. Also on our campus isArbor Rose, a 62 apartment Assisted Living Facility and The Paviliion - a new 20 apartment Memory Care area and a state of the art Rehab Pavilion.

• Matrix is used as our EMR
• Shifthound is our on-line scheduling program. At the click of a button, you can request time off or request to pick up a shift. You can also send email/text notification to request coverage of an open shift
• Relias is our on-line education program. Classes are assigned via email for you to complete in the allotted time at your own pace
• Paylocity is our online payroll system

Thesuccessful RN Supervisor will possess a current, unencumbered, active licenseto practice in this state; possess the ability to make independentdecisions when circumstances warrant such action; have the ability to dealtactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, governmentagencies/personnel, and the general public. In addition, you will haveleadership ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with professionaland non-professional personnel; have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition andenthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents. LTCexperience a plus
