    This privately owned company located in San Antonio, TX, has been in the business for 40 years designing and producing high end, precision-engineered light fixtures for organizations all over the world.

    All products are taken from cradle to grave, designed, prototyped and manufactured at their 13-acre 90,000 sq. ft. headquarters. They utilize the latest technology in the machining industry to meet each clients needs and ideas.

    In this position, you will have the opportunity to put your CAM programming skills to the test by programming and producing parts in a R&D environment.

    This is a challenging position requiring excellent problem solving skills, creativity and a desire to progress within the field of CNC programing and machining.


    This is a 1st shift position Mon - Fri 6:30 AM - 3 PM. While ensuring a comfortable work-life balance, some overtime opportunities are also available.

    Company events:

    Program mills, lathes, and mill turns in and R&D environment
    Utilize Siemens NX CAM software
    Support set up operations as needed
    Perform inspections to ensure conformance of specifications
    Interpret blueprints for specifications such as dimensions, tolerance & instructions

    Programming experience on Siemens NX is required
    2+ years of setup and operating knowledge of 3-4 axis mills, lathes w/ live tooling, and mill turns
    Use of measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, etc.
    Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
