IT Specialist Intern
Tyler Technologies is looking for an IT Specialist Intern to join our Corporate IT team this summer The IT Specialist Intern will work with the IT support team to help integrate recent acquisitions to Tyler Technologies standards and drive the towards the company goal of OneTyler.
The IT Specialist Intern will be assigned pieces of the migration project to unify all Tyler computers under a standard set of defined hardware and software specifications.
Working alongside existing IT Support staff to ensure the project goals and deadlines are met.This position has a direct impact on the perception and reputation of the department and its ability to support its customers.
As a part of Tyler's corporate staff, you will make an impact on outcomes that affect various areas of the company.
Work with other IT Support team to migrate existing divisional machines to the Tyler domain
Replace machines that do that do not meet standards
Troubleshoot software and hardware problems in advancement of migration project
May be required to lift 30 pounds on a weekly basis and bend and work in restrictive spaces such as under desks.
