    Job Overview

    Anderkin Remodeling is a reputable home remodeling company specializing in transforming kitchens and bathrooms into stunning spaces for our clients.

    We are seeking a skilled Project Lead to join our team, responsible for managing and overseeing various kitchen and bathroom projects while training and supervising less experienced team members.

    The successful candidate will work closely with the owner, clients, and subcontractors to ensure that all project requirements are met while delivering high-quality craftsmanship.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects from inception to final payment.
    • Supervise and train less experienced team members to maintain quality standards and objectives.
    • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely project completion and adherence to Anderkin Remodeling's standards.
    • Maintain regular communication with the owner, providing updates and addressing any concerns or issues.
    • Ensure project timelines are met, and work is completed within budget for labor and materials.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in the home remodeling industry, with expertise in electrical, plumbing, drywall hanging and finishing, painting, and tile installation.
    • Strong experience with finish carpentry.
    • Proven track record of independently managing and successfully completing remodeling projects.
    • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
    • Effective leadership skills, with the ability to train and mentor others.

    Compensation Package:

    • Our compensation package is based on actual job experience.

    Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
