**RN Behavioral Health Admin Full Time Days Position Summary**
This role is focused on providing direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per shift basis at the unit level. Additionally, this position entails supervising staff to whom appropriate care is delegated and supporting the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, clinical staff competency, and resource management related to patient care.

**REQUIRED EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE FOR THE RN BEHAVIORAL HEALTH ADMIN FULL TIME DAYS CANDIDATE**

• **Education**
  • **Required:** Graduated from a state-approved or accredited school of nursing
  • **Preferred:** Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
• **Certifications**
  • **Required:** Must be currently licensed, certified or registered as required by law, regulations, or policy, including CPR certification
